I am first and foremost a child of God, wife, and mother of four precious children. I've been writing since 2005, having been called to do so supernaturally. God took this girl who couldn't stand research papers and essay tests and gave me a love for the written word. I cut my teeth writing for local newspapers and magazines and have been published several times in national magazines. Now I write nonfiction, fiction, children's, young adult, and adult books. I enjoy most genres. Additionally, I speak in a variety of settings: to women's groups, writers groups, and conferences. I direct the Abundant Life Conference for Women, held each fall in the beautiful, historic Williamsburg, VA.
